Mission Biz Consultancy assists businesses with an existing MOF supplier profile to request an update to their registered information. In the application form, select the change category and describe the current and requested details so the request can be reviewed.
Have the organisation name, business registration number, existing MOF registration number, current registered address and intended effective date ready. An authorised applicant should provide contact details and a clear description of the requested change. Do not enter identity numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, PINs or one-time codes in the form, even if the change concerns account information.
