Add MOF Field Code – Assisted Service

Mission Biz Consultancy assists an existing MOF-registered business with a request to add field code(s) to its supplier registration. Enter the requested code or codes in the application form so the scope can be checked before submission.

Before you apply

Have the registered organisation name, current MOF registration number and requested field code(s) ready. The request should be submitted by an authorised applicant with current contact details. Please do not enter identity numbers, passwords, PINs or one-time codes in the form.

Service price

The assisted service package is RM250. Check your request and the price in the cart before checkout.

After checkout

Requested codes and documents are checked before submission; eligibility and the outcome remain subject to the relevant authority’s requirements.
